Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution:
"Congress shall make no law that applies to the people of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senator,congress, Representatives,Executive branch and the Judicial branch of The United States government and Congress shall make no law that applies to the congress,senate,executive branch,and the Judicial branch or The United States Government that does not apply equally to the people of the United States."
