  1. A wonderful idea. Now with a complete change of congressional membership, it might have a slim chance of becoming law. You'll be attacking their special status and lavish benefits and they're going to ignore it or resist vigorously.

  2. Great idea, but I would ad that this amendment can not be altered in any way shape or form in the future and that all elected wages, benefits are put to popular vote. Also term limits and ON pension other that social security that they MUST pay into at the same rate as their constituents. There will be no pension plan for anyone funded by any type of tax dollars, but an IRA fund can be set up and contributed to just as allowed to the American worker force. currant types available to the general work force. Crossing my fingers and toes friend Very good ad on your part you need a lame duck president to sign an executive order to put it on the next general election ballot in layman's terms so the general public can vote on it

  3. There is a lot more I would like to see be done on about travel expenses and missing sessions similar to missing days at school, anyone pandering to lobbyist's would be fined heavily or removed from office. Stop all lobbying all together
